Great Prices on Holiday Cottages For 6 in Devon!

We just wanted to let you know that we’re currently offering great prices on holiday cottages for 6 in Devon because, well, who doesn’t need a holiday right now? It’s been a dreadful year and it looks as though things will be gloomy for a while so we have to grab what joy we can from each day. A holiday is one of the best ways to do that, whether it’s a whole week away or just a weekend break.

You know what they say, a change is as good as a rest, so come on down to Stonehayes Farm and take advantage of our great prices on holiday cottages for 6 in Devon. Have a cosy autumn or winter break in one of our gorgeous cottages; think lazy lie-ins, bacon and eggs for breakfast, walks in the country, snuggly nights by the log fire.

Stonehayes Farm is tucked away in the Blackdown Hills not far from Honiton; it feels like it’s light years away from the chaos that we’re living with at the moment, and in a way it is, because you can come here and once you’re inside your holiday cottage you can lock the world outside the door and just be together, relaxing, being happy, having quality downtime together.

Honiton has supermarkets and local shops but if you don’t want to go out book a delivery from Dart Fresh to last you through your stay, then it’s just you and yours snucked up in a centuries old cottage with everything you need, snugs as bugs. Bring board games to play, watch your favourite films, all cuddled up on the sofa with bowls of popcorn to share; bring books and read to each other, write stories and poems, play good old-fashioned games like charades and I-spy.

What makes our Devon holiday cottages so wonderful is that they have so much appeal – they’re great for families of course, even if you have babies and toddlers, and they’re dog friendly so you can bring your furry friend along too. You might have a birthday to celebrate, an anniversary or something, and what about those graduation ceremonies that were cancelled or postponed and not celebrated as they should be? There are so many reasons to come and have an autumn or winter break in one of our holiday cottages in Devon, but who says you need a reason anyway? Come just because, come and have a few days or a week to yourselves relaxing with the peace and quiet and beautiful countryside all around you.

If you like walking, bring your boots and come for a walking break. We have some of the most spectacular countryside right on the doorstep here; footpaths that take you through the fields and woodlands, winding country lanes to stroll, hills to climb, and within half an hour, the coasts of Devon and Dorset. Walk the South West Coast Path, have an amble up to the summit of Dumpdon Hill, Hembury Fort or Culm Beacon for glorious views that roll on for miles across the landscape.

We have four very homely holiday cottages that sleep 2-6 guests, and we have the main farmhouse which sleeps up to 14 and has a hot tub in the garden, so whether you’re a couple, a family or a support bubble, this is a place you can come to and truly unwind. The great thing is it won’t cost the earth because we have very reasonable prices on autumn and winter breaks for 2020, and let’s face it, shopping’s not exactly enjoyable right now and none of us are spending our money on clothes because we’re not going out much. All the more reason to treat yourselves to a little holiday, and we think the chances are you’ll like it here so much you’ll want to come back again soon. Well that’s fine by us because you’re more than welcome, we love meeting the lovely people who come for a stay at Stonehayes Farm. It’s a very special place, it’s one big happy and we love sharing it with you. Make it happen, grab a big helping of cheerfulness and book a stay today!
