This month we want to tell you about one of our favourite places near Stonehayes Farm – Otter Valley Ice Cream & Field Kitchen at Monkton near Honiton. When you come to stay at our family friendly and dog friendly Devon holiday cottages you’ll find plenty to see and do nearby but this place is only down the road and it should be high on your list. Delicious food and ice cream with views over the beautiful Otter Valley; what’s not to like about that?

In line with the government announcement on 22nd February 2021 we can welcome guests to our holiday cottages near the beach in Devon from April 12th**. This will be for single households and support bubbles, until 17th May when two households or support bubbles, or 6 individuals will be allowed to stay at self catering holiday accommodation in England. Then, as Mr Johnson set out in his speech today, hopefully, by 21st June there will be no limitations on social contact and we’ll be open for good! Woo-hoo! Come on down!

Well, if you’re looking for the perfect summer holiday cottages in Devon for 2021, now’s the time to book. The Health Secretary suggests that people should plan for a great British summer rather than think of going abroad just yet; he’s also revealed that he’s booked his summer holidays in the West Country already, so if he’s thinking positive…
