Honiton Pottery Workshop, Honiton, Devon
So, you’ve been to Allhallows Museum of Lace and Local Antiquities and you’ve seen the Honiton Pottery and you’d like a piece for yourself. Go along to Honiton Pottery Workshop and you can throw a pot of your own or paint a piece of your choice. What they do here is workshops and parties; besides pots you can make tiles, clay animals, or a desert island, or you can put your artistic skills to the test decorating a mug, a plate, a bowl, or even a teapot.
This is a great activity for bigger groups and particularly for hen parties and team building days - note that some workshops and parties run at the Honiton Pottery Workshop have a minimum number requirement of 8 people. Food can be arranged for parties and you can take your own bubbly if you want to add a bit of sparkle.
