Lulworth Cove, West Lulworth, Dorset

Lulworth Cove sits on the famous Jurassic Coast World Heritage Site, with the most beautiful views over land and sea. Stroll along the white pebble beach, ice cream in hand and at low tide discover all kinds of tiny marine creatures in the crystal clear rockpools – just the sort of thing that holidays are all about.

One side of the slipway is dog friendly, so your fluffy friends can run along the shore and have a swim. See the geological wonders at the Lulworth Crumple and Stair Hole, amble along to the natural limestone stone arch at Durdle Door, or for a totally different aspect of the coast take a leisurely boat trip (summer months only).  If you go to the Heritage Centre you can find out how Lulworth Cove was formed, then go for afternoon tea at The Doll’s House down the lane, or for a snack at the Boat Shed Café.
