Dog Friendly Holiday Cottages in Devon

You'll love our dog friendly holiday cottages in Devon because it's such a wonderful world that we have here; the feels are carefree and unhurried, the hectic pace of life is forgotten when you stay here. Centuries old farm buildings have been lovingly transformed into three of the loveliest holiday cottages you can imagine, with snooze space for 4-16 and private gardens with hot tubs. Each one is dog friendly, so you don't have to leave your four legged friend behind when you come for a holiday or short break here.

Stonehayes Farm is tucked away in the Blackdown Hills National Landscape, so there’s ample opportunity for walkies. Go up to Luppitt Common, feel the breeze in your hair and fill your lungs with wholesome fresh air. Take a stroll around Hembury Fort, or amble up Culmstock Beacon, where ponies graze freely and the views are panoramic. Find a welcoming country pub where you can stop for a hearty homemade lunch, washed down with a pint of the local ale or cider; most of them are dog friendly round these parts and usually have a jar of treats on the bar. Climb to the top of Dumpdon Hill - it's just up the lane from Stonehayes Farm, walk beside a carpet of bluebells in the spring time, ankle deep in fallne leaves in the autumn. The sunsets are breathtaking, spread out before you are miles and miles of spectacular countryside, rolling on and on softly to meet the sky.

The Jurassic Coast is only a short drive away, so grab the lead and head over to Sidmouth, Exmouth, Axmouth or Lyme Regis where you’ll find dog friendly beaches for a stroll along the shore. If it’s chilly out your dog will like nothing better than to get home and stretch out in front of the wood-burner to dream his doggy dreams; gather round, fill your bellies with hot buttered crumpets and mugs of steaming hot chocolate. Be happy, make very special memories.Check availability and book today!
