Many years ago, Julesbrook used to be the apple store and linhays at Stonehayes Farm; now they’ve been lovingly converted into a gorgeous holiday house for large groups. The rustic charm remains in the thick stone walls, exposed timbers and quirky windows, interiors are crisp and modern; it all comes together to give a very calm and relaxed ambience for happy family holidays, days away with friends and peaceful celebrations with the people you love most in the world.

The main entrance opens into the games room with a pool table, table tennis, comfy seating and a big TV; continue through to the movie room/living room where big sofas entice you to put your feet up and snuggle together for a family film night. Next to this is the dining room where a long bespoke table sets the scene for celebration feasts; off to the left is a WC and Bedroom 6. Right of the dining room is the enormous and very well-equipped kitchen where there’s plenty of space to cook for your large group. At the end there’s a shower room and Bedroom 7.

From the games room a staircase leads to Bedroom 1, with an ensuite shower room, and Bedroom 2 which has an ensuite bathroom. From the living room/movie room a second staircase takes you up to Bedroom 3, with its own shower room, and to Bedroom 4, with an adjacent bathroom. From the dining room, a third staircase leads to Bedroom 5 which has an ensuite shower room. This all makes a great arrangement for holidays with friends and family, giving you individual space upstairs. Bedrooms 1, 3 and 5 have king size beds; the rest of the bedrooms have beds that can be arranged as super kings or twins, and Bedrooms 2 and 4 also have a single bed, so they're perfect for a family

Julesbrook has a large garden that wraps around two sides of the house and has outdoor furniture and a barbecue for alfresco dining, a hot tub and a play area for children. The views of the open fields from the house and garden are incredible, stretching for miles across the countryside, and from the garden you can step out to explore the 15 acre private grounds with woodlands and walks down to the riverside picnic area.
