BBQ: Gas BBQ for use Easter - end of October, with gas supplied.
Bed Linen and Towels: Duvets and pillows (synthetic fibres), bed linen and towels are provided. Please bring your own towels and suitable footwear (such as flip-flops) for use with the hot tub.
Booking: Booking is easy via our website. Go to the Prices & Availability page, select your chosen dates and follow the instructions from there.
CCTV: 24 hour CCTV covers the car parking area at Stonehayes Farm, the central courtyard and the back field.
Check In Details: This information can be found in your booking information 4 weeks before your stay.
Coffee Machine: Nespresso machine (original Nespresso pods – a few are provided). 2 x cafetieres.
Cots: 2 travel cots can be provided on request at no extra charge. These are for infants aged 2 years and under. You will need to bring your own bedding for these.
Departure: Please see When You Leave Your Holiday Cottage.
Deposit: A booking deposit must be paid at the time of booking. The balance of your payment will be requested by email 12 weeks before the start date of your holiday, or sooner if the start date is less than 12 weeks away at the time of booking.
A cautionary/damage deposit will be requested by email about 3 weeks before your holiday, or at the time of booking if the start of your holiday is less than 3 weeks away.
Directions: You will find directions in your booking information after you have secured your holiday.
Dogs: 2 dogs welcome (small charge per pet). Dogs must be added to your booking and we ask that you read and agree to our Dog Rules before planning to bring your pet(s).
Electric Vehicle Charging: There are no EV charging points at Stonehayes Farm. Due to insurance restrictions guests cannot use outdoor plugs or cables from the house to charge vehicles. Please use this Zap Map to find local charging points.
Essentials: Enough crockery and cutlery for a dinner party for 16 guests, glasses (highballs, tumblers, champagne flutes, wine glasses, plastic glasses for outdoor use), 2 toilet rolls per toilet, salt and pepper, tea, coffee, sugar, washing-up liquid, dishwasher tablets, tea towels, dish cloth, scourer sponge, oven gloves, bin bags, hand soap, Seasonal Welcome Pack (typically locally sourced drink, a homemade cake and fresh flowers, though this can vary), hairdryers in all bedrooms, iron and ironing board.
Note: These items are not necessarily provided for the whole of your stay - you may need to buy more.
Extras: Our Extras page lists suppliers such as private caterers and florists. You’ll need to contact them direct and once you’ve made arrangements, let us know who you’ve booked, when they’re coming, and how many of them there will be – this is necessary for insurance purposes.
Features: Hot tub, games room, movie room, children’s play area, large private garden, access to 15 acres of private grounds with riverside BBQ area.
Food Deliveries: The following supermarkets will deliver to this property: Asda, Sainsburys, Tesco, Waitrose. Local food can be delivered by Dart Fresh and Riverford Organics. Please arrange deliveries for after your 4pm arrival and ensure your name and mobile number are on the delivery information.
Games Room: Pool table and table tennis. There is another games room, shared with the other two properties at Stonehayes Farm (see Pippinsands and Siskins Nook); this has a pool table, table tennis and table football, as well as a selection of games and toys for younger children.
Garden: Large private, secure garden with outdoor furniture, hot tub and children’s play area. All properties at Stonehayes Farm have access to the 15 acre private grounds with a riverside barbecue area.
Guests: Julesbrook sleeps 16 guests in 7 bedrooms. For more details please see the Floor Plans.
Highchairs: 2 available on request at no extra charge.
Hot Tub: This is in the garden and can be used year round.
Kitchen/Utility: Electric ovens, fridge-freezer, wine cooler, dishwasher, microwave, washer/dryer.
Music: Blue Tooth speaker.
Parking: Off road parking for several vehicles.
Rooms: 7 bedrooms (4 ensuite), family bathroom, shower room, large kitchen/dining room, movie room/living room, games room, 3 WCs.
Room Configurations: All bedrooms have zip and link beds (super king or twin). Bedrooms 2 and 4 also have a single bed.
Stairgates: There are 3 staircases at Julesbrook and 6 stairgates available on request – these can be used at the top and bottom of the stairs.

TVs: Smart TVs in the movie room/living room and games room with access to streaming sites (own passwords).
Wifi: Broadband. This is the best it can be, but note that Stonehayes Farm is in a very rural location and wifi speeds can therefore be slower than you might be used to. We advise downloading any films, games, etc before your stay to avoid disappointment.
Wood-burner: Wood-burners in the movie room/living room, games room and dining room. These are for use from Nov-Apr, with logs and kindling supplied.
Restrictions: No smoking - no fireworks, sky lanterns or drones - no noise after 11pm – single sex groups must contact us before booking.
