  Bedroom 1

  This room has zip and link beds (super king or twin) and an ensuite shower room. Sleeps 2.

• 

  Bedroom 2

  This room has zip and link beds (super king or twin). It shares the family bathroom right next door, whch has a P bath with overhead shower. Sleeps 2.

• 

  Bedroom 3

  This room has zip and link beds (super king or twin). Right next door is the shared family bathroom. Sleeps 2.

• 

  Bedroom 4

  This is a super king room at the end of the landing, with a lovely outlook over the garden. There's an ensuite WC and shared use of the family bathroom. Sleeps 2.

• 

  Bedroom 5

  This room is at the back of the house overlooking the rear courtyard. It's wonderful for families as there are actually 2 bedrooms - one with a double bed and the other a twin room; there's also an ensuite shower room. Sleeps 4.

• 

  Bedroom 6

  This room is in the integral annexe on the ground floor. The bedroom can have a super king or twin beds and there's a shower room, a small sitting room and a kitchen. Sleeps 2.

• 

  Kitchen

  If you have requested highchairs these will be left in the kitchen or dining room for you.

• 

  Equipment

  2 travel cots and 2 highchairs are available. You will need to request these when selecting your bed configurations within your booking.
